Opened on December 11, 2025 with the pets update, Pet Promenade is a public area located on an outdoor floor of the hotel. It features a dog park, a birdhouse for birds and a giant cat tree for cats. This is where you can go to incubate and hatch your pet eggs.
The area is also home to the Pampered Paw shop, as well as two features: the Hatchery and the Rescue Center.
Pet Promenade is unlocked at level 5 and can be reached through a door on the right side of the 
Furniture Forum public room.
How to access the Pet Promenade
Use the door on the right side of the Furniture Forum, shown below.

The Hatchery
The Hatchery lets you hatch eggs that contain a random pet. Place your egg in the machine and wait 4 days for it to hatch, or speed up the process with diamonds. Only one egg can be in the machine at a time.

You can get pet eggs in several ways:
- by buying an offer in the shop
- as a Season Pass reward, by reaching certain levels with the Gold Pass (paid)
- by finding them in Emerald suitcases
The Rescue Center
The Rescue Center lets you trade two pets for one pet of a higher rarity.
